IMHO, I would format any information that needs to be shared in the same way that any other documentation that requires action be done.
In your case, I would pass a link to this site up to Norma with the request that the legal department be apprised of action required to maintain legislative compliance for the Juvenile Case Manager position. If legal is confused, have them come here and get help and join in the fray. It is probably beyond your job scope to draft any ordinance, policy, etc, that are required for compliance. Some folks up the food chain will have to act.
This is simply my advice. Your mileage may vary. I am not a policy writer nor an attorney. Just a geek who was at the meeting.
